Loni is best known as the German Realtor in the Lowcountry. She considers moving from Germany to the Lowcountry in 2014 one of the best decisions of her life.
Originally the move was motivated by a desire to be closer to her daughter. The timing turned out to be perfect as Loni was blessed with a grandson in 2015 that she enjoys spending time with and watching grow up.
In addition, Loni was able to turn one of her lifelong passions into a new career path. Although she used to be a successful communication coach for executives and politicians, she always had an affinity for properties. Wherever she traveled or moved she was interested in the market, the trends, and the values of the properties in the different countries. As a private investor in residential and commercial properties in Germany and Portugal, she had the fortune to get to know all sides of the real estate business. As a coach, it was Loni’s goal to help her clients figure out what they really wanted. Combining her love for real estate with her experience as a coach, Loni enjoys helping clients find their new home, second home, or investment property.
Karoline Chapman grew up in Germany but decided to come to the US when she was 17 because she just always felt drawn to this country. Karoline loved it as much as she imagined she would from the moment she landed and even became a citizen in 2014.
Karoline studied Psychology, worked with children in both school and private settings, and specialized in working with people of all ages with disabilities before having my son and deciding to stay home with him. As her son got older, Karoline started working part time with her mom, German Realtor®Loni Lueke, as her assistant. She learned a lot about real estate and what it takes to be a good realtor working alongside her. What she realized over the years was that realtors help people. They help people buy their dream house, they help people sell their houses for all kinds of reasons, they support people through fun, as well as challenging situations, etc.
Karoline’s passion has always been to help people and having the realization that realtors can do that she decided to get her real estate license and start helping people in new ways.
