German Realtor in the Lowcountry
My roots are in Germany, but my heart belongs to America.
Loni is best known as the German Realtor in the Lowcountry. She considers moving from Germany to the Lowcountry in 2014 one of the best decisions of her life.
Originally the move was motivated by a desire to be closer to her daughter. The timing turned out to be perfect as Loni was blessed with a grandson in 2015 that she enjoys spending time with and watching grow up.
In addition, Loni was able to turn one of her lifelong passions into a new career path. Although she used to be a successful communication coach for executives and politicians, she always had an affinity for properties. Wherever she traveled or moved she was interested in the market, the trends, and the values of the properties in the different countries. As a private investor in residential and commercial properties in Germany and Portugal, she had the fortune to get to know all sides of the real estate business. As a coach, it was Loni’s goal to help her clients figure out what they really wanted. Combining her love for real estate with her experience as a coach, Loni enjoys helping clients find their new home, second home, or investment property.
